Set Up and Installation
Main Event Hire is available for installation and removal. For example chairs, tables, linen, chaircovers, umbrellas etc..
$35 per hour during business hours. Weekends and After hours are $45 per hour.
Service Staff
Need a helping hand at your event? Immaculate presentation, discreet, professional service, OHS compliant, RSA Certified, Police Clearances, WWC clearance. Fully trained and experienced service staff, specialising in: Food and Drink Service, General Assistance, Dishwashing, Pack up/Clean up.  Available 7 days - Booking Required.
We understand you can’t always return the items clean and dry. Ask about our cleaning service and make arrangements to return unclean items.
Testing and Tagging
Available instore or at your home/business. Please contact our office for a quote.
Truck Hire and Van Hire
Need a truck and driver? Choice of two trucks (open/enclosed with taillift) or Renault Traffic Van including a presentable, clean and reliable driver. Driver holds a current police clearance and WWC clearance.
$50 per hour servicing the metro area. Available all hours - After hours $80 per hour.

Delivery or Collect
Main Event Hire offer a reliable delivery and pick up service 24/7, ensuring your items arrive on time and in perfect condition, leaving you to organise the finer details of your event.
Delivery (including pick up) in Willetton is $35. All other areas, please call for a quote. Delivery prices are for deliveries during business hours. After hours surcharge applies.
Our delivery team will call before arriving, unload to a weather protected area within 15m of delivery point, and return to collect at a pre-arranged time.  Should you require setup or install, delivery up/down stairs or distances further than 15m from the parking point please notify us when booking.
You are welcome to collect and return most items directly from/to our warehouse in Willetton during business hours.
